HOW IT WORKS
Please note that bookings must be at a minimum of 48 hours prior. This will allow us time to accurately process and configure our service to meet your requirements.
When you book and successfully confirm your transfer with FijiVIPTransfers.com, you will receive a Confirmation Receipt on screen.
You will also receive an email confirmation with full details of your Transfer Booking on the email address which you had entered in the Booking Form as a follow up which will be your electronic receipt and voucher.
Upon your arrival in Fiji at the Nadi International Airport, please clear immigration border control, then head downstairs to pick up your bags, clear Customs, and then exit through the glass doors. Once you come out, please head straight to the 1st Meet & Greet stand on the right hand side of the concourse. This is the Rosie Holidays Meet & Greet Welcome Stand and the Rosie staff there will direct you to your driver. You will also see your driver standing to the right of the Rosie Holidays Meet and Greet signage holding our VIP Signboard with your Booking Name on it.
Your driver will escort you to our 24 hour Rosie Welcome Lounge where we will only take a few minutes to verify your booking with a proof of ID either with your passport or the actual credit card used to book your transfer. You may also produce your booking receipt. This should only take a few minutes and also an opportunity to grab a cool refreshing drink in the Lounge before heading off. Once we have verified your details, it’s time to board your FijiVIPTransfers.com vehicle.
If your arrival is at the Nausori International Airport, FijiVIPTransfers.com works with an independent contractor to provide the same level of transport service standard and comfort for all transfers from Nausori Airport. The only difference here is that you will need to look out for our driver holding our VIP Signboard with your Booking Name on it. Verification will be done directly with the driver with a visual proof of your ID with your passport etc. before you proceed to board your transfer.
OUR STANDARD
Our Vehicles
All our vehicles are purchased brand new from the manufacturer and not the common 2nd hand or re-conditioned vehicles from Japan. We only use Toyota as our brand of choice and in particular the 5 door Toyota Lexus Prado Landcruiser TX vehicle which is a high riding luxury SUV which is widely regarded as being one of the best in the world.
These vehicles are not more than 3 years old on average in our fleet and purchased through the licensed Toyota distributor in Fiji, Asco Motors. These vehicles are designed and authorized to comfortably sit 4 passengers and enough luggage room in the rear to take up to 8 full size bags. With a fleet of 12 vehicles, FijiVIPTransfers.com is committed to ensuring the best level of vehicle standards are constantly maintained.
Our Drivers
All our drivers have an average of 10 years driving experience with Rosie Holidays as a Public Service Vehicle license holder and all have been proud history of helping maintain our 100% perfect rate for safety first with driving. All our drivers have completed a mandatory Defensive Driving Certification with the Land Transport Authority (LTA) who are the legal custodians and law enforcement agency of our roads in Fiji. In addition, they have also been trained and skilled in the provision 1st Aid emergency procedures with the reputable St. John Brigade.
Our drivers are well versed with Fiji, our history, culture and also some exciting things to do that may be of interest whilst you are in Fiji. They are very knowledgeable and also happy to provide you with additional advice if you are looking at doing something off the beaten track or sourcing a unique souvenir for your partner to take back with you.
Our Maintenance
Maintenance is a core focus of our operation. This is an on-going process with an everyday focus on ensuring that all our vehicles are provided with the best diagnostic solutions that will ensure we maintain the highest levels of comfort and safety while our vehicles are running on the road. Our team of mechanics have been certified and authorized by Toyota to carry out preventative maintenance works on all our vehicles making sure that they are fully maximized on the road and not under-performing or immobile from mechanical issues. Our team of mechanics are immensely proud of their 100% perfect record of “no break-downs”.
